Harnessing the American Rescue Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness

This resource summarizes how new Federal resources from the American Rescue Plan can be deployed to reduce and prevent homelessness while using a racial justice and equity lens. It outlines four federal funding streams available, four targeted interventions to prevent and end homelessness for different populations, multiple ways leverage and braid funding to scale up the prevention and housing continuum, and several key needs that these resources can meet.
