About Us
An unprecedented partnership of national organizations and experts launched the Framework project in the spring of 2020 to support communities to address both the public health and economic crises created by the COVID-19 pandemic and the inequitable impacts on people experiencing homelessness, Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities, and people with disabilities and/or underlying health conditions. This collaborative effort continues to move forward, with an even more expansive array of partners, driven by a shared vision of a future in which equitable homelessness response systems are being implemented in every community and our country is advancing toward housing justice.
